The FF&W blog is meant to provide a flow of fly-fishing articles, art, and media, as well as a splash of news and other links. I hope that you enjoy the read.
My best,
Jason Borger
The FF&W E-List is sent approximately six times per year, with an occasional extra now and then. Education, updates, give-aways, and whatever else. The E-List is never sold, rented, or lent. Click here to join.
"Fly Fishing, the Book Series" was begun in 2010 as a collaboration between my father, Gary (GB) and myself. This planned 20-book series will explore a huge range of fly-fishing topics over 5+ years. The books are available signed and personalized by GB from his eBay store. Unsigned copies (at the basic retail price) are available here or from other angling book retailers.
THE SERIES PASS
A special "Series Pass" for all 20 books is also being offered. One million words, all fly fishing!

Jason, I saw a Fly Fishing the World program this morning, December 26, 2008 regarding your bio mechanics class in the Yellowstone area. It looked very interesting. Do you have more information about that event and/or videos on the subject.
I’ve met you a couple of times at the Camp Sherman Bamboo Rod Festival and it was great to see you at the event last summer.
Thanks Jason.
Chris—Thanks for stopping by the blog. I have actually been thinking about those Camp Sherman days (the pic of Kel above was taken about 20 miles from there).
As far as biomechanics, the Fly Casting Institute is what you seek. The clinic aspect is currently scheduled for July of this year in Missoula (more info on the FCI Web site).
