Updated E-List (May 4, 2009)

After some thought (and a few hours of work), I have switched FF&W’s E-List management software. The new stuff is better for what I want to do with the FF&W E-List and is more friendly to my system environment. That means better e-mails for list members (and hopefully better rendering for those on mobile devices, too).
All of the FF&W list members have been transferred to the new software (you don’t need to do anything), and the next mailing will have all the usual “opt-out,” “update,” etc., links so members can manage their own e-mail lives.
You’ll also notice a new E-List link over in the right-hand column. It looks like this:

That link does two things: 1) Reduces the visual “clutter” in the sidebar itself. 2) Takes the reader to a separate page where all necessary info can be entered at once (this also goes right back to reducing in-site clutter).
So, with that, I just want to say “thanks” to all who have joined the FF&W E-List so far—I appreciate your continued membership.
