Often spent a lot of time thinking about shots (sometimes too much). That was both good (got some really solid shots), but also bad (missed too much not having a 100-roll film budget per trip). So now, I shoot film (much less so), a D-SLR, and a waterproof/underwater "point-and-shoot." Just burn up those megs (or gigs)! I still love having full manual control, but there a lot of times that being able to immediately fire off a string of pix has resulted in some worthwhile images—not always "good" shots, but sometimes "interesting" shots (like the shot above).
