Thanks so much for the information, Jason. As a person dealing with an injury to my casting arm and trying to learn how to cast all over again without aggravating the injury, it’s been tough to find much help, so your work and sharing of knowledge is much appreciated.

Gary—Figured I see you a comment from you soon! It’s been really good to see what you’ve been doing in The Loop (I kind of miss editing the journal, but it seems to be doing just fine with others at the reins). I think the more education out there about casting injury and prevention, the better, in particular when it’s physician-vetted (of course, in your case, that means you).
