This is the last week to order a copy of the first edition of Nature of Fly Casting directly from me. After September 1, 2010, the book will no longer be available through FF&W (though there will still be some copies lurking out there on Amazon and in shops and so forth). The book will not be re-printed, but it will have a second, updated edition in the future.

"Fly Fishing, the Book Series" was begun in 2010 as a collaboration between Gary Borger's Tomorrow River Press and Fish, Flies & Water. This planned 20-book series will explore a huge range of fly-fishing topics over 5+ years. The books are available signed/personalized by GB from his eBay store. Unsigned copies (at the basic retail price) are available here or from other angling book retailers.

I guess I missed out ordering the book through you. I saw some of the hi-speed shots of the casting. It was really amazing. Are some of the shots used in the book? I used to work with motion-capture technology and had wanted to record my fly cast. However, we were restricted by space so I never got down to it.
