Upgrade Issues
I recently upgraded WordPress (the software that runs this site) and it appears that some settings got changed in the process. If you’ve tried to leave a comment and subsequently been asked to login as a user, you know what I mean. Should be fixed now. I’ll check through the other settings to be sure that all is doing what it is supposed to be doing. Thanks for your patience.
Update: Also fixed the annoying issue of comments suddenly being closed to everyone on recent posts (those made in the last 60 days). A little MySQL database “fun” back in the “guts” of the blog took care of that (I think).
Update 2: Site issues ate up my night, so the DF52 Carp will be a Friday fish (no, not April Fool’s, just aggravating). Anyway, the carp should be up shortly. In the meantime, check out Jeff’s awesome carp (he really nailed it, and it looks great).
