The New Look of “Nature of Fly Casting”
Above is a sneak peak at the inside of Nature of Fly Casting version 2.0. This is a chunk of the first page of Chapter One as it stands now (final edit has not been done). For those of you with a copy of the first version, I think you’ll immediately see some changes in the look/feel of the text. There will also be some changes to other aspects of the design/layout of the book, including enhanced line art and so forth. The biggest changes, of course, will be in the content itself: every page will get attention and probably every one of them will see some revision. As it stands, the book has already matured a solid amount from its 1.0 state (as I would hope anyone’s work would mature over 10 years), and it should hopefully provide a better learning tool than what was released in fall of 2001. More about the project as the book moves along.
