After fielding a small heap of emails on the subject, I figured that I had better post a pic of my daughter, Brooke. Looking at those eyes, I think you can probably understand why I am a pile of mush in her presence.
Thinking that the next J.BFF rod I release might need to be a small stream (“Brooke”) special. I’ll have to ask her what she thinks about that….

Single-Handed Fly Casting is my follow-up book to Nature of Fly Casting. It takes what was presented in Nature and updates and overhauls it. It also refines its focus to the single-handed world, including Spey-related casts (double-handers are a future project). There will be 1,001 hard-covers printed in total. "Fly Fishing, the Book Series" was begun in 2010 as a collaboration between my father, Gary (GB) and myself. This planned 20-book series will explore a huge range of fly-fishing topics over 5+ years. The books are available signed and personalized by GB from his eBay store. Unsigned copies (at the basic retail price) are available here or from other angling book retailers.
